Supporting documents

Please provide any two of the following documents (must be in English, PDF format) 

• Short CV containing your experience and interest in the atherosclerotic and cardiovascular field
• Evidence of current studies in the field
• A scientific publication where you are listed as an author
• A congress abstract that you have presented, or where you are listed as an author 
• A letter showing your status of employment
• A letter of recommendation from an existing EAS member
